This year we’ve been exploring what Prayer Spaces looks like in Australian Schools
and have had incredibly positive feedback.
We had our official Australian Prayer Spaces in Schools launch
a tour 24-7 Prayer Australia National Gathering
inPerth on Friday 21 MarchandSydney on Saturday 22 March.
There were Prayer Spaces in Schools workshopsatboth of these eventsled by Phil Togwell, the International Director of Prayer Spaces in Schools, as well as aprofessional development morning in Sydney on Monday 24 March.
We had an incredible line up of speakersfor the Gathering. AlongsideTrudi Sayers, the Australian director of 24-7 Prayer, we heard from guests including Pete Greig, founder of 24-7 Prayer,Gerald Griffinfrom Bridgetown Church,Jill Webberfrom Waverley Abbey andMark Sayersfrom Red Church.

On 11 January 2024, it was36 yearssince the creation of MegaVoice in Australia when the Lord gaveTom Tresederthe vision to create and design the ‘Bible’ in a form that would enable everyone to engage with God’s precious Word.
MegaVoice aims to “Let the whole world hear His voice” in hundreds of languages or dialects.
MegaVoice is a worldwide ministry with over3.6 millionplayers distributed worldwide – truly we praise God, “For the great things he has done.”
Tom Treseder, (91 this year)recalls the Lord answering a simple prayer in 1982, “May we design a Bible that will allow absolutely everyone to access and hear of the love of Jesus and be guided into His open arms.”
It is a fact that most people in the world cannot or do not read the Bible with an estimated1.3 billion, and growing, who are illiterate. Coupled with this increasing illiteracy rate, there are the blind, vision impaired, and disabled to also consider.
